Give them another chance and call them. Tell them that you are a PS member.
I first e-mailed them and Pawel got back to me within 24 hours and answered all my questions. We then spoke twice on the phone and I made my decision right away. Pawel has been very nice and accommodating.
Either way, I did mention pricescope in my email... However, just because I received poor service doesn''t mean they have poor service overall. Even good jewelers have their bad days. However, I was pretty dissatisfied....not sure if I will contact them again.Date: 11/5/2006 1:44:40 PM

Okayyyyy. I am really not going to be able to sleep tonight. The ring has been shipped and should be here tomorrow, that''s if everything goes well with custom.
I should get my camera ready......I''m excited yet nervous at the same time. First time buying a diamond online.
What if I don''t like it, OR it''s turns out different than what I expected? Ok, I should calm down.

The good news is that IF for some reason you don''t, they are really great about returns.
DH and I just purchased several pieces from them. One was a cartier ring for me that just didn''t fit. We went there in person to see what could be done (happened to be in NYC, so it was fun to meet the people after all the calls and emails). They bent over backwards to return the ring once we figured out there was no way to size it.
I was sad to not get the Cartier ring but I ''made do'' with a beautiful alternative.
The customer service was top notch.
