Hi,

Has anyone recently bought from Signedpieces? Who is the best person for me to call if I have an inquiry on their diamonds?

I have also spoken with David and have found him to be extremely nice! But in reality, you just call and talk to whoever answers!
 
Thanks everyone. I called and spoke to Pawel, he has been great. I just bought a Tiffany & Co.1.35c. Will be shipped early nexy week. Will post pics once I get it. Have been having sleepless nights, can''t wait!!!!

I contacted them through email to get a quote...and was pretty dissatisfied with their service. It took about a week to respond and they only said about two sentences and weren''t really willing to go out of their way to make a custom design.

I would definitely try calling rather than email, hopefully your experience will be better than mine.

Give them another chance and call them. Tell them that you are a PS member.

I first e-mailed them and Pawel got back to me within 24 hours and answered all my questions. We then spoke twice on the phone and I made my decision right away. Pawel has been very nice and accommodating.
 
Thanks everyone. I can''t wait to get the ring. After searching on and off for 3 years, I finally decided on a Tiffany ring. I was considering between WF and Excel Diamonds as well. I went with the Tiffany becuase I absolutely love the setting. Just glad that signedpieces had the right size (diamond that is) and the right color and price.

Either way, I did mention pricescope in my email... However, just because I received poor service doesn''t mean they have poor service overall. Even good jewelers have their bad days. However, I was pretty dissatisfied....not sure if I will contact them again.

I didn't tell them that I am a PS member. I was going to but since they replied my e-mail within 24 hours, I was very satisfied.
 
Okayyyyy. I am really not going to be able to sleep tonight. The ring has been shipped and should be here tomorrow, that''s if everything goes well with custom.

I should get my camera ready......I''m excited yet nervous at the same time. First time buying a diamond online.

What if I don''t like it, OR it''s turns out different than what I expected? Ok, I should calm down.
 
My bet is that you will love it. Rest easy, and post pics asap.

The good news is that IF for some reason you don''t, they are really great about returns.

DH and I just purchased several pieces from them. One was a cartier ring for me that just didn''t fit. We went there in person to see what could be done (happened to be in NYC, so it was fun to meet the people after all the calls and emails). They bent over backwards to return the ring once we figured out there was no way to size it.

I was sad to not get the Cartier ring but I "made do" with a beautiful alternative.

The customer service was top notch.

Thanks lop. Glad to hear from anoter happy customer of Signedpieces. Sorry to hear that the Cartier ring did not work out.

I think I will like the ring, it''s my dream setting. It''s now going through customs, I have been checking the Fedex web site every 30 minutes. Hope that it won''t get stuck at customs so that I can get MY ring today.
