Best 1 carat round diamond for under $ 5000

Hello, I have been reading a lot of post and have been trying to retain all the info that I have learned from this site.
I am ready to buy a engagement ring.
Here are the specs that I have learned I should look for.
1+ carat round diamond. Ideal cut for the most fire and sparkle. GIA XXX. At least I color or better. Will be set in platinum six prong solitaire. SI 1 eye Clean or better. Medium Florence to none. Can this be done for $5000 with setting.

It's a little tight if you want both the setting and the diamond for under $5,000. But I think you can find something you'll be happy with around there.

I like the James Allen one teobdl found. Ask them if it is eyeclean and request an IdealScope for it if so.

Thanks for the suggestion from both of you. I will check them out. I have tried to use the diamond search on here and I can not set some of the parameters the way I want using my phone. And price scope is blocked at work. I like James Allens website but it does not work well with my phone either. I might could go $5500 since I would not be paying sales tax online.
