Bandit the pitbull puppy challenges the treadmill

I WANT THAT PUPPY!!!!   Precious!!!

OMG! That puppy is the cutest thing ever, though I do feel sad for the dog attached to the treadmill. Wouldn't he be happier running around outside?? I know, I know...that's off topic, but I couldn't help myself.

The treadmill isn't a bad idea at all, especially with high energy breeds. I take my savannah cats out 2x day for walks and play with them until they drop over and after a 20 second recovery time, they're good to go and I'm pooped out. So I bought them a cat wheel so burn off that extra energy. Keeps them happy and gives me time to do other stuff without having a cat attached to my hip

Hmm, that's interesting. Is it like a hamster wheel for cats?

First off, cutest puppy ever!!! I was crackin up the whollllle time!

And Yenny, my MIL uses a treadmill evade pitbulls are strictly forbidden in our area. You can have one, but you need to register, pay a huge fee, and keep them inside your house and not visible to the public if it is out in the yard. I think it is terrible that they are treated this way. It's the people, not the dog. But she uses a treadmill because she rescues pits and since they can't get the exercise needed outside, they walk on a treadmill :)

It said they couldn't expose the puppy to diseases until it had finished it's shots, so they were exercising indoors. Also, Las Vegas can get way too hot sometimes to take dogs out walking, so that is a way to get them their exercise in comfort. The owner was obviously right there filming the puppy and could take the dog off the treadmill when he was tired.

YT...yay for your MIL!!! :appl: :appl: :appl:

Woke me up this a.m. with a big grin!

YT, thank the doggie gods for people like your MIL. Pits are a wonderful loving breed & get the shaft so badly through human ignorance.

That little puppy was sooo cute!! getting back on time and again and just being "shot" out the back of the treadmill!! My only worry was that the older dog was tied to the machine. I guess the owner was right there, but still--- my first thought was what if something happened and that dog choked??

But as for the puppy --- cute as a button!!!

Me too. And typical of the bully breed, he won't give up until he masters the machine. There's one point in the vid where he sits and studies what the big dog is doing -- smart baby.

My cats need one of those cat-hamster wheels, too.
