I purchased several Hidalgo pieces from them a few years ago. Their prices were good and I had no trouble with their service.

DH purchased a Roberto Coin piece for me a few years ago. I think they will generally give you a price that''s 10-15% less than retail, which is why their prices on the website say to call. I don''t think you''ll get more than that off of a designer piece.
