Back on Pricescope (but no longer a LIW)

Last time I was here I was trying to navigate through getting an e-ring I would LOVE...well, a very long story later, I decided to wait for the ring. (Have now been happily married for almost 4 years.)

Well, the time has come, and we are officially ring shopping again. Budget, set by me, is $20k. If I can find something that makes me swoon I will take it. If not, I will wait 'till the budget is bigger...

I love the following:
Harry Winston Halo
Daniel K Split Crown (2ct+)
Tiffany Legacy
Tiffany Emerald cut with baguettes (prob 2.5ct+)

All of these are out of budget, and I am too practical to pay the premium for the name (though I might consider an estate designer ring...)

I have also been looking at ovals...they seem to give a lot of bang for the buck, and get really pretty as they get bigger...

there are a number of PSers who have HW halo replicas that are gorgeous! I think you can get one of the PS vendors to make a setting similar to what you want without having to pay for the designer name. What type of center stone are you looking for?

I am going to throw an amazing option out here. JbEG just listed the most gorgeous piece for $18,975. I first saw this ring on PS and I was absolutely in love with it. The diamond is a beautiful 2.46 ct in a Y-Z that appears to be a soft yellow. The setting is AMAZING and made by Leon Mege. One of his most stunning pieces in my opinion. Anyways, it is within your budget and I would certainly think about snatching it up. Heck .. I am so tempted to buy it! Hope you are a size 4 or not much bigger/smaller.

Honestly, what more can you ask for! Meets your size 2+ and shape (oval). It combines some of the features you love about the other designs - halo, split shank ... yet being amazingly unique!

ditto this! I was surprised to see it. I hope everything is ok and that it finds a new home-it is truly a beautiful piece.
 
Thritto on concerns for the original owner, but what a great deal on a stunning ring!
 
That is such a beautiful ring...I would hate to give that baby up. Hope it finds a nice home (with a PSer would be nice).
 
I was also going to recommend looking at Jewels by Erica Grace. They have some beautiful pieces at the minute.
 
I think that is a great nice budget and I too have seen pictures of PS vendor's HW inspiration rings, gorgeous!

I wonder if that ring is still for sale, I can only find it in the gallery not the listing pages. Sure is a beauty!

I DID...and I keep going back to it...

I have never seen a stone with such a large culet in person and don't know if that is something I would love/hate/not even notice...

Also, I have a .7 diamond that is J in color and it is very borderline for me. I don't think I would do J in a bigger stone, but since this one has some flouro...could be ok.

Wish I could see the ring in person!
