Many of you already know that I have been looking to purchase a pair of baby earrings for my friend's daughter's 1 st birthday. I finally decided on a pair of heart earrings from Blue Nile. This was my first purchase with them and was lucky enough to take advantage of their Valentine's Day sale and free shipping. The earrings arrived on Friday and unfortunately one of them was bent. I called customer service right away and they were extremely apologetic. They offered to send me a replacement pair right away and didn't even require me to send the damaged one back! I received the new earrings today and couldn't be happier. They are a bit larger than I'd anticipated but still look very pretty and durable. Thanks for everyone's help! I can't wait to see my friends reaction to them!!
