AV Picture Blurry

Why is the pic for my AV blurry. I go to my profile and it's a clear crisp picture but then on the forums it looks all blurry?

Resize it to 96 x 96 pixels yourself before uploading.
The software resizing it is making it blurry.
Post the larger image and I can resize it for you and upload it here if you cant do it.
