This is Steve DiGiorgio, possibly one of the most underrated players in the hard rock scene let alone in all of music. Steve was known for bringing the fretless bass into Death Metal and is widely respected within the genre itself for his technical ability. Steve and Alex Webster are probably the most technical and highly-respected players within Death Metal however they are actually quite different. As you can see here, Steve has a lot feel and groove to how he plays bass. Alex is more like a cross between a jackhammer and a freight train!
