There''s been some controversy as to whether any SI 1 diamond with clouds could ever cause a problem. It may be that the only ones that even might cause a problem would say to effect the words, "grade setting clouds," but I don''t know that.

Anyway, though this is not a gossip column, it is May after all. I''m not on here that often, and might have missed it. But since Brian''s departure, when ACA''s are brought forward currently, who is checking them, and thereby, giving folks here the continued confidence to understand that they continue to be monitored for their high quality?

Regards,

Regards,
Ira, the ACA diamonds have never been checked by solely one person. During John Pollard''s tenure with Whiteflash, a process was put into place where at least two people (neither of them Brian) checked each diamond for eyecleanliness; that process still occurs today as it has previously.

Maintaining the consistency of the ACA brand has been a ''group effort'' for quite some time as well, even during Brian''s tenure. Several of our current staff were trained about the nuances of evaluating the ACA brand by Brian himself. In addition, Bryan Boyne (our new VP) and Bob Hoskins both have a G.G. and years of experience in the trade as well.

Whiteflash has invested heavily in the development of the ACA brand since 2000, so you can imagine that maintaining that high standard is our top priority. The brand is in good hands.
