Aset for Cushion Diamond, need help

Hello All,
I came across this cushion modified brilliant 2.07 J VVS2 diamond and asked for an aset image so I can see if this diamond is worth seeing in person. I like the facet pattern on the GIA Report but need to know more about the aset. It is decent, very good?

Cushions don't generally have great ASETs as they aren't necessarily cut for good light return, but it is an okay ASET for a cushion. It does have some leakage where you see white. You want to see lots of red.

I am going to show you examples of better images just so you know what to look for.

Here was the other diamond that the jeweler sent an aset for yesterday. Gypsy in your opinion which aset is better the first one or the second one? I know you said the first one is B+ so what rating would you give this one? It is also a J diamond VS Clarity.
