Hi

Any thoughts on these images - they appear to be above average to me but I am no expert.

Thanks!

What's the GIA / AGS number?

Can you plug the numbers into the HCA tool, accessed via the tabs at the top of the forum?

I will answer the question from the other post here.

So this is better than you expected but something you would probably pass on right because light reflection isn't great?
I will never consider a stone with this cut quality for, say, $20k 2.0 carat. There are just well cut stones out there and they don't cost significantly more.
However, $42k 3.4c G SI is in a completely different category. Well cut 3.0c+ G+ stones are rare and extremely expensive. 57/35.5/41 is not a disastrous combo, although HCA really penalizes such combo. In addition, being relatively steep and deep, it is a potential recut candidate. You can enjoy it as is or recut later.

Meanwhile, here is another option.
