Just beginning on my search!. Any help would be appreciated!!!

HCA = 1.8 TIC means it's most likely a very good stone.

Which lab graded the cert?
Any idealscope picture?
What's the colour and clarity?
My concern is the stone seems to be exactly 1.00 carats. Any itty bitty chip and it'll fall under the magic 1 carat mark, and the value will really drop.

Only, also...run the search to see how it gets the 1.8. OK at least is clear...but especially since you're beginning your search...and since the crosshairs for that crown & pavilion angle set are outside of a sweet spot, and near a ledge...you might a) look for an idealscope image to help confirm its goodness, and/or b) continue to find an option retaining many of it's same fine qualities...but where it lands in more agreement with provisional aces for both AGS & GIA.

But, it's probably fine.

ahhhh... i never thought about chipping on a 1.000 carat!! you''re right, if any little chip occurs, then the value will drop; but, I''ve always heard a 1.000, 1.500, 2.000, an exact weight, is desirable. With that in mind, does it make sense to get something just slightly OVER 1.000 just to be sure?

That exact weight being desireable is from the perspective of the cutter. If he hits those magic marks, the price of the diamond take a nice price jump. I''d try to get something just a wee bit over. I think the cutter for this 1.00 ct stone tried to add weight to hit the 1 ct mark by having the girdle thicker.
