appraiser in pittsburgh area

hi, a friend of mine bought a ring and needs to have it appraised by an independent appraiser. i checked the list on this site, however, there aren't any in his area. do any of you know of a GIA certified appraiser in the Pittsburgh/State College/Altoona PA area?
