Appraiser in chicago

Hi,
I am not sure if my question belongs to this section. Moderators, feel free to move it.
I received a diamond from my grandma and I believe it''s an old cut but I wouldn''t call it antique. I really want to appraise it but don''t know where.
Please recommend a good appraiser in Chicagoland area. I would appreciate any suggestions.
Also, would really prefer paying not more than $150. or am I naive?
