They seem to be all over cable at the moment...somehow, they are simultaenously dowdy and sleazy...

The announcer goes, "This year, give her a gift that''s guaranteed to get her to take her clothes off...."

**Cue shot of bra being casually tossed on dog''s head*** (poor doggy!)

"A PAJAMAGRAM!!"

**Cue shot of women walking around seductively in full length, long sleeved pajamas

"Comes in this great gift box, with lavendar sachet and DO NOT DISTURB SIGN"

**Cue shots of men smiling sleazily as their wives/girlfriends cuddle in their new PJs

ahhhh -- I know "sex sells" but this is just SO blatant and heavy-handed!

lol!

I haven''t seen any ads, but I do hear clean versions on the radio all the time.
My DH actually bought me some for xmas this year, so I guess the ad works.

He was apparently going on the fact that a while ago I had mentioned how cool it would be to own an adult-sized pair of pajamas that have the feet (like us kids from the 70''s and 80''s used to wear). Well, instead he got me a pajamagram. errrr I don''t want to seem ungrateful--but $80 for a pair of fricken PJs?!?!? He could have bought me 10 pairs of drawstring cotton pants from walmart for that much. The "lavendar satchet" doesn''t smell very good, either. Silly boy. I did get a new jacket though, so that cancels out the pajamas. Can''t get mad when he tried so hard.

Personally, I think those Levi Jeans commercials that are out right now are trashy. Like the one with the guy and girl (who may or may not be over 18) undressing and talking about how "nervous" they are--as if they are about to lose their virginity to each other--but then they just jump off a dock.

If you scroll down to the bottom, and click "see TV commercial" you''ll see exactly what I''m talking about! eek!

rockzilla, my husband ad I both were put off by that ad. Why a sleezy ad for PJ''s - I guess trying to appeal to all the men who have
not shopped yet.

totally not needed

Totally creeps me out.

DH saw these commercials (or maybe he was hearing about them on the radio?) a couple of years ago and looked into them - apparently, the PJS are REALLY expensive. He ended up surprising me with PJs from VS instead which was a brilliant move on his part (in fact, I''m wearing the pj pants now!).
