Anyone know what this style is called?

i feel as though I've seen this kind of ring before but can't find the style online. It is supposedly vintage arts-crafts.
Any ideas?
It's so huge I've been joking that it's either a scarf ring or came out of a bubble gum machine. It seems old... then again, it could be tjmaxx last week.
