I can honestly say I know nothing about real estate or Dean Graziosi, apart from the research I have done online. I am asking because my mum recently bought his book "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" and is very excited to try out some of his techniques (making money in a down market). She has been looking for a change in careers for sometime. I am trying to be supportive, and I really want her to find something she loves, but the thing that worries me is that they offer "mentoring/coaching" after you buy the book. That''s an extra $4200 US (so over $5000 for her). She said no at first, and they have called back several times and are now offering it to her for $3200 US. You get the money back if you close 5 deals within the first year. To me this just reeks of a get rich quick scam, but she really wants to try it and I am torn between being supportive of her and hoping it does, and not wanting her to get taken. There are tons of reviews online, but I am finding as many good ones as bad ones. I was just wondering if anyone had any personal experience with the program?
