Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone has an experience with Cartier plain wedding bands?
We are looking into this particular ring:
http://www.cartier.us/collections/bridal/wedding-bands/classic-wedding-bands/b4059500-wedding-band
It's a plain 5mm platinum ring. I just realized this is not what we will call "comfort fit," meaning the inside of the shank is flat. Does anybody own this ring and can speak to it? My general understanding was that "comfort fit" rings have extra metal on the inside of the ring so as to provide extra comfort, especially good for 5mm and wider width rings. (men's ring in most case) We really loved this particular style, especially my fiance loved it immediately after trying it on (and it was the only one that made him say 'ooooh' right after trying). But I'm not sure how the flat interior is going to effect the overall comfort over time in the future. Any thoughts? experiences? Thanks in advance!
