This was in a previous post but I don''t think anyone ever answered. They have a ring I really like, any warnings or opinions. I guess they have 2 b&m one in LA and one in hershey, pa, and they also sell ono ebay. Where I am at right now ebay is a blocked site so I can not even get on there and look at there rating, but I guess that is how they got bigger in the business. They offer 30 day money back guarentee and lifetime warranty on any labor (everything except loosing the actual diamond) I just figured if they were that big maybe someone on here had dealt with them before. Thanks!

i think someone posted a while back that was happy with the company. you can do search here and see what comes up..

What was your (interesting) intention with the BBB report. Damning with faint praise?

Thanks everyone, i have found the ring that i really want to get, and since I know there is a 30 day money back guarentee "just in case" I feel a lot better! http://www.sunjewelry.com/er3292.html this is the one I am leaning towards! Thanks for the imput everyone :)

Oh, no! Ha, ha - Just trying to give some info for her to work with so she could make her own decision - I was guessing that it is possible that they don''t have a lot of access to get to spend lots of time on the internet over there to do research (probably a lot of people wanting computer access so possibly limited in the amount of time each person can use the computers - it was just a guess though), so I was trying to be helpful! I have had no interaction with the company, so I couldn''t speak from experience - they actually got an ''A'' from the BBB - although they had a couple of complaints, the BBB noted that they felt they responded to them appropriately. It might be that as she is able to do more research she may decide she prefers to do business with one of the more well known vendors, but since she sees something she really likes there I just was trying to do a little research for her. I often screen things with the BBB to get some idea if I am completely unfamiliar with a company or industry (although Wink mentioned once that he has had some trouble with the BBB not taking action when he felt that they should have) - if they have tons of complaints or a low score then I often will tend to lean towards other companies. I just screen for red flags that way.
