Any recommendations for custom jewlery?

Hi new to the forum here. I was wondering if anyone could help me find a jeweler who could help make custom pieces. I was looking to have earring jackets crafted along with a necklace chain similar to the following:

Basic simple bezel set diamonds with a drop of 3- 5 diamonds. Also if someone knows where to get something similar let me know.
