Any info on these pearls?

At my Mom’s and she was asking if I knew anything about these pearls. Anyone?? I don’t know if they’re real or fake or what to look for. TIA.

This one looks real to me due to the surface imperfections…Saw this when I zoomed in:

so rub the pearl aganist the front of your teeth
a real pearl will feel gritty
