I stopped by a local jewelry store that carries a lot of "estate" jewelry. They happened to have a 1.6ct center stone Tiffany platinum diamond ring. It was probably a size 5.5 or so meaning it didn't go past my knuckle :)
I thought I would share pics:

That is a stunning ring!

Antique Tiffany makes me weak in the knees ❤️ …. That’s actually priced pretty good, depending on the specs.

Thank you for sharing!

I wish I were in the market. Beautiful! :kiss2:

Always love seeing a good antique Tiffany find! :kiss2:

And feel free to redirect if this is not the right place to ask, but I've always been curious on the authentication process for antique Tiffany rings. I get the setting can be authenticated via hallmarks, design, etc. but there's really not a way to verify the diamond is truly "Tiffany" unless there's original paperwork that matches the stone? Of course, this is before the modern times when T started inscribing # on the stone. And even with a paper trail, one can still debate if someone went through the trouble to forge the papers...

Is my understanding correct, am I missing something?
