Antique 14kt Rose Gold Platinum Natural Sapphire Brooch

Hello, we have this brooch and we had it appraised, the back is marked 630. Would love to try to figure out what time it's from, and who may have made it. The appraisal said the sapphires are cut like old European diamonds. Thanks for any info.

It looks to be 1930s-40s.

It is a beautiful brooch. The 630 may mean 15k gold. Is that what the appraiser said?

I am not an expert. It looks like the 1940's to me and very lovely at that. We the new interest in rose gold this piece would be both vintage and trendy when worn as a pendant on a leather or silk rope chain.
