Another setting question..please

Continuing form my post a few days ago...I just love the setting I have..I LOVE my marquise though.....still searchung for a setting....
what do you all thnk of htis setting with my 2.15 marquise ?
what kind of wedding band would you use with it?

Also, I 'think' I may really like a solitare setting....... with a band of some sort...with something on the bands...I dont care for all the gold look.....
I am so confused on what I want....I really love the Jasmines e/w set marquise ring..it is beautiful...just not sure how it would look on me...
what I have is nice.....but it is alot of 'bling' as someone said......I 'think' it takes away the beauty of my marquise.....

I really like the setting you posted but i''m not sure if it''s work with a wedding band. I think your best bet is going and trying on some rings in person. they always look so different in real life than they do on our computers. I still like your current set but can see how you''d feel it would distract from the main stone. there are many other gals here who have diamonds in both bands and have said the same thing. You just have to decide which look you like or are going for. overall bling or the center as the star.

I agree, i think the style I posted is a wear alone ring...no band will look right.

As for the Bling factor, I am still undecided what i want....I love the bling...but on my current setting I feel it really takes away from my marquise
I alos like the solitare look.....but not all of the gold look....

You mentioned east/west... so I thought I''d pop in my two favorite marquise settings... even though one has pave halo os sorts... I think the way it''s done makes the marquise the star (which I know was your concern)... and the other is just stunning.
