Another ring i found by great grandmother

Came across this ring. Not got high hopes on it to be honest but thought i would ask here just incase. Their is no stamps on the inside of ring and it has a funny band. Some of the stones have a weird yellow tint to them. What you think, bin it?? All advice muchly appreciated.

Agree with @kgizo . Fine jewelry wouldn't be adjustable, and the rhinestones have yellowed over time.

It looks very similar to a costume jewelry piece I had when I was a kid. If it was expensive, I dont think my mother would've given it to me at that age.
