ANNOYED - VENT

I picked my wedding dress up and it''s about one inch two big. One size down would have fit perfectly as it is one inch smaller. I told the dress shop that I wanted to get one size down and they kept saying "no, no don''t worry about the size on the dress."

I should have just made them orde one size down.

How soon is your wedding? Can they take it in?

January. I''m assuming it can be taken in it just bothers me that it has to be taken in at all.

Better too big than too small! My dress had to be taken out one month before the wedding.

Dang stress eating!

Do they look the same once they are altered? That''s just my worry.

My seamstress was actually DH''s aunt, and she did such a phenomenal job, you couldn''t even tell it had been taken out. Only if you looked reaaaaally closely could you tell there were extra stitch marks, but no one could tell. I felt amazing, so that''s all that mattered.
