I am so excited to be able to post these! They have been on my photographer''s website (www.shannonseye.net) for a couple weeks, and I have just been waiting for the CD to arrive.
We got married October 25th at the Table Rock State Park Lodge in South Carolina. The day could not not have been more beautiful! We were really concerned about the weather, as Friday had been rainy, cold and windy. Really miserable. It was still overcast and misting Saturday morning, but cleared up to be in the high 60s and gorgeous! Overall, the day went really well. I started out really tired, as my Mom and I had been up to 2am the night before finishing her dress, my veil and various other things. I don''t know if I made it to bed before 1am/midnight the whole week.
The funniest story from the whole night is when we were returning to the hotel. We had forgotten to return the key to the cabin, so we had to turn around. On our way back, we were driving through a lot of country roads, at 50 mph or so. Every once in awhile we would run into a small town...well, in one small town, we got pulled over for speeding. Yep, on our wedding night. The cop asked us "What are you two all dressed up for?". Fortunately, he only gave us a warning.
