i went to my local holiday market today and bought a jar of raw honey collected by beekeeper Dee Lusby from Arizona, it's so amazingly delicious!

What's your favorite kind/brand of honey?

I love honey, and get it locally. I especially love it when it comes with a honey cone.

i''ve been buying honey at the santa cruz farmers'' market for years.....its all local. i''ve noticed that my allergies are better as a result of using local honey...especially wildflower. i have eucalptys, blackberry, and a lot of others. the blackberry is not artificially flavored but the berry flavor comes directly from the flower, processed by the bees only.

for oatmeal i like the heavy duty toyon and/or buckwheat....which is dark and thick.

My husband and I had beehives until we lost them to colony colapse disorder, but our honey was delicious!

oh i saw a few jars of honey with honey cone today too! but i always wonder how exactly do you eat those cones? what do they taste like?

i have never tried eucalypts honey before! does it have a heavier taste than wildflower honey?

Mmmm honey!! I love it! Acacia is my favourite.

I buy local honey only. It has been linked to improving allergies yes, and I tend to have less reactions when I''m eating the local stuff. We have farmers in several areas around us so it is easy to get. I enjoy orange blossom and lavendar, but one of our farmers does a wildflower honey that is amazing. I get it raw.

I like eucalyptus honey - no particular brand - in my coffee with cream.

I have an addiction to honey sticks, they are my favorite snack to pack. Yum
