AGS - the Choice for Hearts and Arrows Round Diamonds?

All the Hearts and Arrows Round Diamonds seems to have AGS Platium Light Performance Certs. Popular online venders such as WhiteFlash, James Allen and Good Old Gold carries both GIA and AGS certs diamond, but reserved to only use AGS cert for their Branded Hearts and Arrows collection. I've read on other sites that GIA EXEXEX cut diamonds can also achieve strong hearts and arrows patterns too, but I have yet seen a H&A diamond with GIA Cert. Is AGS better?

There use to be some H&A with GIA grading report on GOG.

AGS is more stringent in cut grading with their performance based grading rather than proportion based cut grade of GIA.
