Do all ags certified diamonds have the serial number enscription? Usually the certs says AGS1234567 has been inscribed... but on one cert it didn;t have it.

AGS report number is not necessary inscribed on the girdle. It is an optional service that AGS Lab offers along with the grading and your vendor or the stone original owner can choose.

When something is inscribed on the girdle (e.g. GIA or AGS report #, brand name, logo, etc), grading reports should make a note about it.

E.g. if a stone was previously graded by GIA and has GIA grading report # inscribed on the girdle and then sent to AGS, AGS report should state what was inscribed on the girdle...

Hope this makes sense.

nope. laser inscription is not an essential part of the grading process and ags will not automatically inscribe anything. if the diamond dealer requests for the diamond to be inscribed however, ags does offer that service.

not all stones have inscriptions. if they do, the accompanying grading report will indicate the inscription and it should match what is on the stone. you can have diamonds that do not have inscriptions, but if either the diamond has one that is not indicated on the report or vice versa, there is a problem.
