So a bunch of my friends, well basically all of them have started advocare. I'm strongly thinking about doing it. One of my friends finished the cleanse and she lost about 20 pounds.
I have tried a lot of different diets. My mom used to put me on every fad diet that came out from eating only grapefruit to just eating this green mush for every meal. (I hated that green mush with a passion) But advocare seems to help you change your lifestyle to be healthier not just a quick fix for you to lose weight.
Has anybody tried and FINISHED this? I know it makes you lose weight but if you do it right, do you keep it off? Since most diets make you lose weight but once you stop, you gain twice the amount back :(

Eating properly and exercise is the only healthy way to lose weight and keep it off. Medical conditions aside, you need to burn more calories than you are taking in to lose weight.
