Advise on this diamond pls

Hi all,

I have shortlisted this diamond for my proposal.

What do you think of it?
My only concern is that in the photo it doesn't really look sparkly. But with specs (excellent cut, polish and symmetry) it should be fine right?

You could request for an idealscope image, but that would only confirm the leakage that is plain to see in the loupe image.

when I plug in the numbers i get HCA 4.3 or 4.6 depending if i enter in % or angles.

ya, now that makes me worry.
inexperience and all i thought it looks good since the inclusions are at the side. i guess i still need alot of research.
so lets say this one will be a better buy?

Looks more promising but might still have slight leakage depending on the rounding of the numbers by GIA. Idealscope image will confirm.
