Advise on 1.45c round brilliant please

I am looking into buying this round brilliant. Please advise if it is a good stone to get. Thanks, any advice is very much so appreciated!

It looks good. I'm assuming the price is fine for you... the only other places where you might find a cheaper diamond with similar characteristics are James Allen and Enchanted Diamonds.

It is $11572. From looking at similar diamonds of similar specs price seems comparable to me.

I guess it's a fair price, but there are cheaper diamonds out there. For example, here is a slightly bigger one with higher clarity for cheaper from James Allen.

I would definitely buy this one over the one from BN.

Why does the JA only get a 2.5 on the HCA tool yet is ags000? The BN is a .6 which is excellent.

As I said in another thread, AGS000 trumps HCA. HCA is only a weed-out tool, especially for the overly-broad GIA XXX category. We usually recommend to stay under 2, but there are beauties slightly above a 2, this being one. With an AGS000 the light performance of that stone has been verified - that outweighs any theoretically based calculation.
