Advise cleaning new ring?

Hi! Its me again (the newbie) asking what I'm sure is the most asked question but... How does everyone recommend cleaning a white gold diamond ring? Aside from the center stone, there are 100 small (very small, lol) diamonds and an antique looking band, my ring I traded in was scratched and I want to take care of this one with more detail. I am a steam aholic at home and have a shark and a whitewing vapor cleaner as well as a built-in espresso machine (hiding head in shame for asking this, but can I use the espresso steamer?) SHould I avoid steaming and just use a "solution"? Please advise...

I do the Kenny method - 90% isopropyl alcohol poured into the cap (so as not to contaminate the bottle), and tiny paint brush - i got one of those cheapy sets from a walmart. Stop up bathroom sink. I dip the brush into the alcohol and flick away the nooks and crannies towards the sink. RE-dip in alcohol in cap.

When i'm done, i discard the alcohol in the cap.

Thank you both for the replies. I have had success with windex... haven't tried alcohol but love the idea... Both are super cheap and both I have on hand...
