Advice on a 0.90 Carat Diamond

I'm looking for some expert advice to validate the selection of a diamond I'm close to buying. I've tried to follow the great advise on this board. The diamond's specs:

6.27x6.28x3.82 mm

VS2
Excellent Cut, Polish, and Symmetry
No Fluorescence
GIA Certified
Clarity Characteristics: crystal, feather (i'm having the vault confirm that the crystal is not on the table, and that the stone is eye-clean)
Holloway rating 0.8 (excellent, excellent, excellent, very good)
Depth % 60.8%
Table % 55%
Crown Angle 33.5
Pavilion Angle 40.8
No Cutlet

1. Are there any characteristics (going on the secs alone) that would raise concern (other than the location of the crystal and feather) in terms of the quality of this diamond?
2. What would a diamond like this sell wholesale between dealers?
3. What should I expect to pay retail ($6000k)?

I was only able to find a top cut quality stone at $6972, so $6000 sounds about right for that stone.

Can you get an idealscope image or at least a magnified image of the stone? I like to see those if at all possible.
