There''s a lot more leakage than I''d like to see. I''d also prefer a much higher crown height and much smaller table.

Funny, by the numbers alone, you''d think it''d be a nice stone but NO. I''d pass on this leaker. All those areas of white are where it''s leaking light. Try to find one w a crown height 10 or higher

That stone really demonstrates that table less than depth is NOT always an accurate indication of how the stone will perform. Yikes. PASS on that stone.

I saw this diamond in person and it looked pretty good to my naked eye. Sure there''s a lot of light leakage, but how much can really be seen by the eye in normal lighting conditions once it''s mounted? I''m aware that there are a lot of other diamonds out there that may be better and that would be reflected in the cost. So the real question, is this a $4750 dollar diamond?

Thanks. They look like great diamonds. I''m a bit hesitant when getting diamonds sight unseen. But as demonstrated with the original diamond, the numbers make it look like a great diamond, but when looking at the idealscope, not so good. Looks like it''s back to the drawing board.

Yeah, the only other options would be for you to view the diamond before the purchase was made OR purchase the diamond and return it if your not satisfied with how the diamond looks. Once you saw the diamond you would then know for sure if it''s worth keeping. Good luck....

It''s also cheaper to get a diamond with a big piece of black carbon, but you''re getting what you pay for. I would pass on this stone. There is enough light leakage that it will be obvious when compared to a great stone that this one is not too hot. It''s the crown and pavilion angles that are off on this one, making it a poor performer. The depth and table were ideal IMO, but it''s just not the best stone.
