Advice Needed for engagement ring

Hi, I've been looking for a diamond for about a few months or so now, only caveat is I need to buy it from James Allen or Blue Nile; reason being I am able to finance 50% of the cost at 0% APR for 18mo and then 4.89% via a local bank but its needs to come from one of those two sites. Have the cash, but that financing rate is to hard to pass up. Budget is up to 15k, ability to go a little over if needed.

Specs I'm looking for are 1.5-1.99c, would prefer not to pay the 2.0c premium, unless there is value Round, Ideal Cut, at least VS2 or 100% eye-clean SI1, color in H-I range will be setting on white gold and from what I've read unless you are picky with color H-I should be fine.

There is always a question over whether one should finance to buy things or not, but I think that is only a decision that can be made by the individual with their knowledge of all the facts.

My question would be to ask if the financing organisation is specifying JA or BN? That's the first time I've heard of such a restriction!

I'm 100% okay with financing it will most likely earn 7-8% on the cash so am not worried about that. I had to specify where I would buy the ring when I agreed to the terms, it was in my early days of a the search had only heard on JA/BN . If I renegotiate the the purchase store than my rate goes up and the 0% APR periods shortens to 6mo, so unfortunately I think I'm stuck with JA/BN unless there are other sites that offer as attractive financing?
