I have a diamond picked out. It's a round diamond, around 1.25 carat. Before I proceed forward, I thought I'd ask for some of the expert advice here to make sure I'm doing the right thing. It will be set in a yellow gold, solitaire setting.

Can you look around for an I color just a kittke while though. Your budget might work with one step up in color. Also check BGD blue line stones
