Additional Clouds Not Shown

I''m looking at a GIA certificate and under the "Comments" section, it says that "Additional clouds are not shown." Is this because the clouds are too small to note on the diagram?

You are exactly right. There are additional clouds, but they didn''t affect the grading of the diamond. The only reason they are noted is so that when an appraiser looks at the diamond and sees more clouds than were drawn on the diagram, they will be able to refer back to that sentence on the report.
