More to RedSpinel about fluorescence - and a question re. treatment in rubies.

This is my very old thread. The stone is beautiful and does not look as dark as in the second picture (I photographed it in the darkest corner of my office), but the first photo is not even in the sun, it is on the window next to a sunlight street, but inside). Still you can see the color. No fluorescent light at all was used.
The stone is beautiful but it is H(a), I wish I could afford unheated but they are very expensive, and I mean it. They have quadrupled since that time.
Here is a better photo of the stone. In a bright light, but no sunlight.
