Does a medium blue flourescence really matter. Please Help?
 
Usually no.

Med blue Fl will actually help some lower colors such as J/K/L/M appear much whiter , especially if the diamond has a nice make.
 
No. Actually if the stone you are considering is H or lower in color, medium blue fluorescence can help its face up appeareance by a grade, usually.
