A New Trinket To Play With

I just wanted to share my new screw closure bangle. I worked with Trilby and Hannes from Hammerhand on Esty to make this piece. They combined the screw closure of a bigger bracelet with the dainty design of another to create this piece. They were great to work with and really listened to what I wanted.

It came with a sterling screw

I love bangles but I hate feeling like I will bend them if I wear them all the time. This one fits pretty close to my wrist and is oval in shape. I like that I can just wear it all the time. Plus he made sure that the hinges were rounded so as not to gouge my DS when I am holding him.

I was inspired by the Cartier LOVE bracelet. I have always wanted one because I like the idea of a "permanent" bracelet. Someday maybe we will have the budget for one. In the meantime, I wanted a screw closure bangle but I wasn't interested in any kind of Cartier inspired or knock-off bangle. That's why I was so pleased to find this one.
