I'll take this question, since-like Kaleigh-I'm not going to vote in the main event. I think it's for the same reason that the kindergarten and first grade teachers have to go out for drinks when they get their class lists for the upcoming year and find out that their new classes will be 2/3 boys this time.

I think it's for the same reason that the kindergarten and first grade teachers have to go out for drinks when they get their class lists for the upcoming year and find out that their new classes will be 2/3 boys this time.

I think it's totally understandable they would celebrate having mostly wonderful boys , and few of those difficult girls .

Boys are bad right in plain view so you can quickly address it and move on.
Girls are secretive, sneaky, and nasty behind people's backs so it's more work to figure out who did what.

Girls only appear better-behaved.

I don't know about this...there are some pretty sneaky boys and some very straightforward (me for example!) girls. So no not totally with you on this one.

I agree with this whole heartedly! Boys might fight but girls are MEAN! I find a class of well managed boys much easier to handle. I have 85% male students and it's fine with me!
