WTB WTB large blue sapphire - preferably UK

I'm looking for a larger blue sapphire (2+ carats with a decent spread, preferably closer to 3). I like the lighter shades and would want a good cut. Open to any shape, and don't mind if it's loose or already set. Heat treatment only (or none). I live in the UK so would prefer to buy from someone here, though if there is a secure and reliable postage method would consider international. Thanks!
