Replicating this style bezeled necklace

Hello! I ordered this necklace from Tiffany to try on and it is too expensive and way too short for my neck. I am trying to recreate this as closely as possible thru a PS vendor in WG with .25 stones. I have never worked thru a cad before and am just wondering if anyone has any feedback, knowledge or whatever to toss my way.

Leon Mege can replicate this. Avoid Brian Gavin... just had a diamond set with them in this style and the workmanship is terrible. The clasp doesn't even close! Also, the diamond was set too far back so that there's a shadow. I have a Tiffany DBTY and it's gorgeous. Do your homework and don't just trust online reviews.
