Pearl ring

I'm not sure if this ring is vintage or not but can anyone tell me something about it? All I know is it's stamp 14k on inside only. Tried googling but nothing came up for it. Thanks

I thought so too at first but the texture is wrong. In the last picture it looks like it could be a pink Chinese freshwater pearl, but the other pictures make it look like it's much more likely to be glass.

It looks like rose quartz to me.
