Help with finding perfect diamond!

What do you experts think of this diamond?

Verified Hearts & Arrows, as verified by CGL (Japanese diamond grading agency)
HCA Score: 2.5 (not good, I know)
Carat: 2.06
Cut: Triple excellent
Clarity: VS1
Color: I
Crown Angle: 33.5
Pavilion Angle: 41.2
Table size: 57%
Depth: 61.8%
Lower Girdle: 80%
Star facet: 50%
Girdle thickness: ST
No GIA or AGS certification but does have CGL certification. CGL is the biggest Japanese diamond grading agency.

I personally took the ASET and IdealScope images with an Ideal Light at a brick-and-mortar store, so they may not be perfect images.

Do you guys think this is a good deal?
My general criteria is: Triple excellent, hearts & arrows, at least 2 carats, at least I color, and at least VS2 (I suppose).

I would only consider stones graded by GIA or AGS. The stone you are considering may actually be a grade or two lower than what the CGL cert says. I would pass on that stone for this reason.

For comparison, your budget allows for these super ideal stones.

Want to echo that since your budget allows for super ideals, you should definitely think about the ones posted by @crbl999 . I wuld take any of those over the one you are considering becausd of superior light performance and better customer service/upgrade policies.
