Best places to find calibrated stones?

Most all of the gemstones I see on the websites listed in the "places to buy" sticky are not in calibrated sizes. Are there any recommendations for where to look for calibrated gems.

I guess another question I should be asking is exactly how close to "calibrated" does a stone need to be? In other words, if a stone is, for example, 10.15 x 7.91, is that close enough to 10x8 to be considered "calibrated"?

gemselect for calibrated gems. I think calibrated is pretty much point on correct with little spiel. no more than 0.02-3mm I imagine

Yes, that is correct. 0.25 mm variation (greater or lesser in either direction) is extremely safe.
