ASET and IdealScope image evaluations for Asscher cuts?

Can anyone give their opinion on this one? From what I understand of evaluating images, it looks like there's hardly any light leakage, but maybe the interior angles aren't the best given all the green in the IS and the lack of black in the ASET. Is that normal for an Asscher? Does it make any difference if it is a colored diamond? (ie yellow or blue)? Thanks in advance for your help!

Here are two examples of a square emerald cut ASET: the first is well cut
5285635.jpg the second carries its weight in the pavilion

To my totally untrained eye, this one looks like it's somewhere in between?

I think I got that backwards. It should be green in the ASET and the lack of black in the IS.

None of this cut performance stuff matters if you’re talking about colored diamonds. Color is king.

That said these shades of blue look like they may be irradiated? Since the color wasn’t mentioned in the original post, I’m not clear.

If it's a 1.6ct all-natural blue, I dread to think of the price!

I'm not mad-keen on the performance in the pictures, though - it looks somewhat leaky to me??

If you want to see the blue in a pale blue diamond, it will end up being a situation where maximizing light return will play a secondary role. Going out of the way to make the blueness be visible will normally encourage less than optimal light return in order to make the blue content more noticed.
