Quick questions, and i know somebody on here can answer this because you guys are great.

Is there such thing as a green diamond? or are there just emeralds?
Where can you find green diamonds?
How expensive are green diamonds?
Do they follow the same standards as regular diamonds, clarity, cut, color etc?
Are they hard to find?

Thanks for all your help, any information would be greatly appreciated!

Yes there are green diamonds. They are rare and very expensive for natural ones. With colored diamonds worry most about the color, then the clarity, and last the cut IMO.

Where can you find green diamonds? Straight greens are rare even rarer than rare..., but you could easily find mixed greens that possess other colors (e.g.yellowish greens).
How expensive are green diamonds? Pure greens are rare and very expensive..., the mixed ones are affordable...
Do they follow the same standards as regular diamonds, clarity, cut, color etc? Nope..., they follow the rules of "fancy colored Diamonds"..., tons to read here if you have the patience!
Are they hard to find?

Thanks for all your help, any information would be greatly appreciated! Welcome....

First is pure deep green, half carat = $1million + per carat.

Second is Olive Green, 2 carat (GIA= deep brownish greenish yellow), and is a Chameleon (stone temporarily changes color when heated or left in darkness) = $25,000.00 + per carat

Third pic are regular Olives, half caraters (GIA= deep brownish green-yellow, no color change) =$10,000.00 per carat.
